After over 30 years devoted to wine production at important wineries of the region and abroad, Jorge Rubio began his own project with the objective of developing high quality products taking care of every single detail of the process personally.
The winery is based, in the Department of General Alvear, Province of Mendoza.
The production unit has a maximum capacity of 1.000.000 litres per year.
The wine cellar where the exclusives wines are seasoned have 260 French and American and oak barrels.
